Shey Phoksundo National Park
This is probably Nepal’s oldest national park. It was established in 1984 to preserve the natural surroundings and animals. It is located in the trans-Himalayan region of Nepal, which lies in the northwest. The mountains surrounding the water body give you scenic beauty to view and experience the magic of nature at Shey Phoksundo National Park. Witness the 286 flora species of botanical importance and 200 species of birds and animals. Reaching there is possible by air route and sometimes by walking.
